2007 Healthy Lifestyle Expo
Visit our StepFast team at the 2007 Healthy Lifestyle Expo at the Richmond Raceway Complex-Henrico Building on February 3 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. HCA Virginia and CBS-6 partner to bring this annual event to Richmond. This year's Expo will focus on women's heart and health issues, and features fitness demonstrations, health screenings and cooking exhibitors. Admission to the event is free.


Richmond Academy Open House
For more than 95 years Richmond Academy has provided a Christ-centered education for elementary and secondary students. Families who may be interested in enrolling their children for the 2007-2008 school year are invited to an open house on Tuesday, February 6 from 6:00pm to 7:30pm. Valentine Banquet
Our Adventurer Club (kids club for ages 6 to 9) is having a Valentine Banquet fund raiser on February 11 at 2:00pm in the church fellowship hall. Features of the banquet include food by Candela's Restaurant, flowers and letters for your special someone, games with prizes, musical entertainment, and pictures of you and your sweetheart for sale. The cost for the meal is $12.50 per person or $25.00 per couple. Babysitting will be available. If you plan to attend, please sign up in advance and specify your meal choice - either vegetarian lasagna or ravioli. A sign-up sheet is in the commons area of the church.

Do you enjoy eating good food? Test your taste buds at the Courthouse Road Seventh-day Adventist Church on February 11 and 18 from 4:00 to 6:00pm. Learn to prepare nutritious meals. StepFast Health Seminar
Our next StepFast Lifestyle Seminar will be held March 4 - 26. The twice-a-week sessions meet on Sundays at 4:00pm and Mondays at 7:00pm. The seminar features leading experts in preventive medicine, who will help you understand the relationship between lifestyle and disease.
